CherishIt Ad Placement Agreement

Please Read Before Continuing

(1)The Parties,
I understand, as the submitter of this form, I will herein and hereafter, in this agreement, be referred to as either "I" or "myself" and that Cherishit will be herein and hereafter, referred to as either "Cherishit", "Cherishit.com", "This site"  or "here".

(2)No Guarantees nor Obligations,
I understand that by submitting the following form I am not obligated to sell or buy anything, nor is it a guarantee that anything listed for sale will be sold through its listing on Cherishit, nor is it a guarantee that any ad listing something sought will be found through Cherishit.

(3)Retention of Rights,
I understand that I still retain the right to sell on my own any item I have listed on Cherishit, as long as I inform Cherishit when or if I sell it.

I understand that Cherishit reserves the right to refuse any submission for listing and will not be held liable in any way by the listing or non-listing of any submission.

(4)Clear and Lawful Disclosure,
I understand that I am responsible for the accuracy of any information I have submitted to Cherishit and that I must own or be authorized by the owner to sell any item I've requested be listed on Cherishit.

(5)Submissions for Listing,
I understand that I may submit as many ads as I wish but may only submit one ad per submission form, one ad per item for sale or item being sought and that each submission is subject to the all same terms.

I understand that if accepted for listing all ads expire after nine (9) months from their posted date and will be removed from the site, but maybe resubmitted or renewed.  To be renewed before expiration, a request for renewal must be received by Cherishit with fourteen (14) days prior to the date of expiration.  To determine the expiration date add nine (9) months to the month posted and use the same date of the month.

(6)The Rights to Fair Profit,
I understand that if an item is sold or purchased through Cherishit, that Cherishit and all internal and external stockholders have the right to make a fair profit on the sale of said item.  I also understand that at the time I agree, either through any of the following accepted channels of email, telephone, regular mail or in-person, to the sale or purchase of any item through Cherishit, I am responsible for determining if I will make a fair profit if I so desire to make said profit.
